From Insight To Inspiration

It was truly encouraging to see over 200 participants from precision engineering and manufacturing companies, technology firms, industry professionals, schools and students come together at the inaugural Precision Engineering (PE) Symposium 2026, proudly organised by SPETA and JSIT-PE @ NYP.

The conversations and sharing, whether on-stage or off-stage, made the day special. 

From perspectives on the global outlook for semiconductor and precision engineering, to honest discussions on how technology is reshaping the employee journey, and stories of enterprise transformation grounded in technology empowerment and people excellence.

The words “resilience” and “transformation” resonated strongly throughout the symposium.

This was clearly reflected in the achievements we celebrated for companies recognised for their commitment to leveraging technology while keeping people at the heart of their strategy, young PE business leaders reaching yet another growth milestone, and aspiring engineering students honing their craft and shaping the future of the industry.

There were much to reflect on and be inspired by.
